Request Statement Failure Due to Host Web-Service (Doc ID 2795165.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Request Statement for any Account:,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User
2. Go to Accounts >> Current & Savings Account >>click on View Statement >> select an Account and proceed
3. Click on 'Request Statement' hyperlink.
4. A popup appears to enter From & To Date. enter the required dates and Click on request.
5. Click on Confirm button.
6. Error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Customer is not able to request their Account Statements.
