Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to close the limit line
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
GEDCULIK001 - Liability cannot be modified since utilization exists for customer no xxx and liability no xxx


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a limit line to be closed.
2. Ensure there is mismatch in the utilization flag status.
3. Try to close the limit line.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the limit line.
