On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to authorize the general ledger account after amendment in the account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System is not allowing to authorize the general ledger account after amendment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a general ledger account to be modified.
2. Ensure online transactions are already completed.
3. Try to authorize the the transaction.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize and the transactions in the general ledger will be rejected.
