Symptoms
On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to do a repayment towards loan contract
the following error occurs.
ERROR

CL-RVOL-01 - Not fully paid cannot close the loan
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a loan contract for making a repayment.
2. Ensure mismatch in the amount settled.
3. Try to make a repayment toward loan contract.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make a loan repayment and contract may be come overdue.
