Symptoms

User gets an System generic error message on "Payment Status inquiry" for transactions which are in non STP queue at OBPm
and throws below error in OBDx logs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx and Initiate International payment.
2. Payment goes to NON STP queue in OBPm and it will be "In progress" Status.
3. Now goto Payment Inquiry screen and click on transaction reference Number. It throws System generic error.
