Symptoms

Application response is delayed and failing with Timeout error while submitting Call Activity.

This is has been observed after upgrading to Chrome browser version 89.0.4389.90 .

 ERROR
-----------------------

“Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load 'https://ofsll.***.****.com/ofsll/faces/pages/OfsllHome.jsf?Adf-Window-Id=w1brt88ijls&Adf-Page-Id=0': Synchronous XHR in page dismissal.

“/ofsll/ruxitagentjs_ICA2SVfhjqrux_10211210226114004.js” java script is causing network error

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Chrome 89.0.4389.90
2. Go to customer Service -> Call activity -> submit call activity
3. Check the page response
