When VAMI for reducing the Maturity date of a loan is saved, system raised error -'First Installment Date is Greater Than Maturity Date' with error code 'CL-ACC-251'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch CL VAMI screen
2. Query the contract.
3. Reduce the maturity date of the contract lesser than predefined first installment date in account level.
4. Check whether the error occurs.
