Goal

As per the Flexcube user manual, for the facility creation fee, bank followed the document link https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E53393_01/PDF/EL/LCM.pdf and create one facility id and mapped with the new account after creation. Users have verified that system did not collect the charge.
