Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ATM search radius is set to '0km' in spite of configuring it to 2.5km

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The search should provide an appropriate radius as per the value set in the configuration table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Application home page
2. Click on ATM/Branch
3. Search the ATM
