Symptoms
When attempting to do fund transfer in corporate,
the following error occurs.

There are no Entitlements available for you to perform this Transaction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate account
2. Click on Transfers --> Select any fund transfer
3. Enter data and Initiate.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate users cannot proceed to do fund transfer
