Symptoms

When attempting to initiate a new Term Deposit,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Timed out Exception


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Search for "new deposit" in the search bar on the dashboard.
2. Click on "Term Deposits - New Deposit".
3. The content of the page will not load (blank screen), and after 60 seconds a "Timed Out Exception" will be raised.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see anything on the New Deposit Page.
