On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
signature maintained at customer level is not replicated to the Account level

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
the signature should get replicate to the Account level if "Replicate to the account" is selected
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create the CIF ID
2, Maintain the Signature
3. create the Account class and the select the option Replicate customer signature
4. in the IADCUSAC the signature is not replicated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the signature in the Account level
