Symptoms

OBREMO Application reference number not coming as part of hand off FLEXCUBE CASA and TD
Application reference number not coming as part of hand off FLEXCUBE for CASA and TD
While Processing the application in OFLO (Saving, Current and Term Deposit accounts), post Completion of all stages, Successfully handed of and loan contract is created in FLEXCUBE.
However Application Number is unavailable in FLEXCUBE, impact user in identifying the loan number mapped to Customer Application.
