OBTFPM: Create Process Code Is Not Working

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBTFPM: Create process code is not working, On click of View process code menu is not loading anything, screen is blank.
From Core Maintenance menu, upon creating Process code, capturing the values and clicking on Save button page is keeping on loading. customers are not allowed to create a new process code. In the same screen there is a f field "Domain" in where in the value is expected to be captured.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Menu isn't supposed to be blank.
