KYC onboarding assessments not appearing on UI (Doc ID 2799922.1)

On KYC 808version, KYC assessments are not appearing on UI though it is present in backend table FCC_OB_RA.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to KYC application as investigator
2. Navigate to 'onboarding assessments' screen and check the assessments
