E-receipt PDF Generation Fails In Payment Status Inquiry with "com.ofss.digx.infra.exceptions.Exception: PDF generation failed" (Doc ID 2800034.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Downloads E-receipt for a Transaction,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Failed to load PDF document."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate & Retail User.
2. Go to Payments >> Inquiries >> Payment Status Inquiry.
3. Enter valid details for search of any transaction in the same & search.
4. Click on any transaction to view its details from the search result.
5. Now in this screen at right top corner a hyperlink is present :'Download e-receipt'. Click on it.
6. E-receipt is downloaded in pdf format.
7. Try to open PDF but above Error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer is not able to save PDF Receipt.
