OBTFPM User Unable To Fetch The Contract For Advising Bank LOV In Export LC Amendment Screen (Doc ID 2800091.1)

When an Export LC Amendment is created with Beneficiary Consent checking, the user can able to proceed further and able to approve the contract successfully. After that user fetch the contract in Export LC Amendment Beneficiary Consent screen and change the confirmation status of the amendment, then while approving the contract, in OBTF, Auth Status of the contract is saving as Unauthorized(Even though the user is having auto auth check as 'Y' in OBTF), due to which the contract is not fetching in the Advising bank reference LOV.

For auto auth users the approval should be authorized automatically.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do amendment of Export LC contract
2. Confirm with auto auth users
3. Verify whether the contract is fetched in Advising bank reference LOV
