Symptoms

Loan repayment is not working, following error is displayed.

Wsexception: Failure To Connect To Remote Webservice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user.
2. Navigate to "Loan Repayment"


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate loan repayment transaction.
