Symptoms

When attempting to login into the application and exceeding the maximum number of invalid OTP attempts,
the following error occurs,

'System cannot process the request, please try again later'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the application URL
2. Login with the user whose 2FA is enabled
3. Input the maximum number of invalid OTP attempts and observe
