Symptoms

When Bank is booking collections through PZDOTONL.PZDITONL screens they go to Override Queue with error Unique Mandate record not found for the combination of Mandate ID, Debtor Account/IBAN, Creditor Account/IBAN and Debtor/Creditor Bank Code, while these mandate exist.
