Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
  Application return 504 errors message when posting transaction with charge off and due date change with process Primary account set to Y. Customer trying to post charge off and due date change transactions and are getting timed out with 504 errors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow posting due date and charge off transaction successfully even with “Process Primary account indicator” set to “YES” , the UI shouldn’t have any issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to Post a transaction to an account with either charge off and due date change transaction.
2. Then check either of the requests create error in the alert.log.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post charge off and due date transaction successfully.
