Issue reported here is for a loan account an advance payment done and for limit date for advance payment entire due was settled.
Now before the limit date of advance payment is reached when user trying to do a prepayment the payment is failing with error " CL-PMTV-79:
Advance payment with limit date in the future exists. Payment value date should be only after that".
Incase of advance payment where the entire due is settled system should allow the prepayment even before the limit date of advance payment is reached.

CL-PMTV-79 Prepayment Prior to the Limit Date of a Partial Advance Payment is not Allowed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From CLDPYMNT do an advance payment , select the limit date, click on
instalment flag. After clicking populate due settle the entire due. Save and
authorize the payment.
2. Do another payment from CLDPYMNT the payment value date less than the
limit date of advance payment. Save the payment.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue user is unable to perform payment before the limit date is reached on CL account where advance payment is present.
