On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Incoming message is stuck as processed and remains in Incoming message
browser when tag 71F contains two lines and the second line is without the
tag.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The message in incoming browser should get processed since the first line has
tag.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBPM.
2, Access PMSINBRW and filter for unprocessed records.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The message has to be suppressed and transaction has to be processed
manually.
