Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to do the EOD the following error occurs.

Unable to invoke EOD


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the EOD for the OBRN using the screen 'Invoke EOD'
2. System failed with the Error Unable to invoke EOD


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the EOD
