On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even after customer merger, contracts are still shown under old customer ID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After customer merger, system should show all contracts under new customer ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a customer which is already merged.
2. Ensure in few tables new customer ID is not updated.
3. Query for contracts under new customer ID.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot arrive at total assets and liabilities of a customer.
