D To A Conversion Not Happening For Field 58 In MT202 (Doc ID 2802720.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When MT202 with 58D is received, and valid D to A conversion is maintained in Flexcube, system still does not convert 58D to 58A.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When MT202 with 58D is received, and valid D to A conversion is maintained in Flexcube, system should convert 58D to 58A

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain a Bank identifier with address in ISDDACNV screen.
2. Upload a SWIFT MT 202 message with field 58D containing the address configured in step 1.
3. After processing, check the message. System does not convert 58D to 58A even though a matching address is present in D to conversion screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, D to A conversion is not happening in field 58 of MT202.
