ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rates codes create din OBVAM with special characters are not displayed in OBDX .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All retest codes from OBVAM irrespective characters should be fetched
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Toggle Menu > Virtual Account Management > Interest Rate > View/Edit General Rates
