Lineage showing Stage Instrument Contracts for Deposits Schedules

Stage Instrument Contracts is appearing in the Data requirements/lineage for Deposits schedule (e.g. RC-E).

On investigation we found that :
a) For various RC-E related MDRMS, the Reg Prod Class - "LOANFOREOFFINST" - Loans To Foreign Governments And Official Institutions (Including Foreign Central Banks)" is used to report overpayments.
(Note - with respect to another use case from Wells Rev Repos with underlying as Loans are to be considered Loans for reporting).

This Reg Prod Call is populated through Rule - RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_14 using Instrument Type - "IRSPOTRREP - Reverse Repo". Thus the table Stg Instrument Contract master becomes applicable.

However reporting of Rev Repos as Loans doesn't necessarily means they need to be reported as deposit wrt Overpayment (since there are no such 'overpayment scenarios expected for Rev Repos) as this doesn't qualify as the type of "Credit" subject to overpayment the way a TRUE LOAN PRODUCT could be.

So (a) if lineage for any deposits (include RC-E) shows Stage Instrument Contract Master for the above reason, then this needs to be fixed to remove Rev Repos.
(b) besides the above, if in case there is any other reason for Stage Instrument Contract Master shown applicable for Deposits please let us know.
