Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DE upload is failing due to wrong dormancy status in sttm_cust_account table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Dormancy status in table sttm_cust_account should get updated on manual status change

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the dormancy status through STDSTCHN
2. Check the STTM_CUST_ACCOUNT.AC_STAT_DORMANT value

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload DE batch.
