Symptoms

Actual behavior
----------------------
User Initiated Domestic Fund Transfer but OTP is not generated on EMAIL or mobile

Expected behavior
-----------------------
OTP should generate on EMAIL or MOBILE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into OBDX as a Retail User
2.Do domestic fund transfer
3.Check OTP on mobile or email
4.OTP will not generate

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter OTP to complete domestic fund transfer.

Changes

Below file is not sync with SVN unit and triggering the problem ,system is not able to format currency (AFN)
