Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Database 12c to 19c , OFSLL services are not working as expected. System fails with following errors

ORA-29280: invalid directory object

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

Starting connection: TRANSUNION

STEPS

Follow the upgrade process as mentioned by Oracle Database product to upgrade the existing database to new database version.

Follow the steps mentioned by OFSLL product team after this database upgrade. This process might differ according to the OFSLL version, refer the appropriate product release documentation for the same.
