On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

DE - DE entries of previous working day have not passed into historical data


while trying to upload a new batch in Flexcube from DEDUPONL.
The error displayed is : DE-UPL28 at package depks_deduponl_utils , function FN_VALIDATE , query :
  SELECT COUNT(1)
  INTO L_CNT
  FROM ACTB_ENTRIES_HANDOFF A
  WHERE A.BATCH_NO = P_BATCH_NO
  AND NOT EXISTS (SELECT *
  FROM ACTB_ACSERVICE_HANDOFF B
  WHERE B.ACTION_CODE IN ('D')
  AND B.TRN_REF_NO = A.TRN_REF_NO
  AND B.EVENT_SR_NO = A.EVENT_SR_NO
  AND B.GRP_REF_NO = A.GRP_REF_NO)
  AND A.TRN_REF_NO LIKE P_BRANCH || '%';
 
previous entries of batches uploaded in Flexcube are still present at ACTB_ENTRIES_HANDOFF and have not passed into historical data ACTB_ENTRIES_HISTORY.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload DE batch
2. Execute EOD
3. Check ACTB_ENTRIES_HANDOFF entries are moved to history or not.
