ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user is unable to disable or enable the international transaction for the credit card.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should able to disable or enable the international transaction for the credit card.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application as a retail user.
2. Go to the credit card module.
3. Go to the credit card details.
4. Click the toggle button to enable and disable international transactions.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enable and disable international transactions for credit cards.
