When submitting the cheque Deposit transaction from the 'Sent Back' queue the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. do the cheque Deposit transaction from the 'Sent Back' queue
2. system failed with the Error RM-TX-PM-01: OBPay Transaction Status Failure
