After Downloading Pre-generated Statement In Phone, Its Keeps Showing " File Downloading " Message And File Was Not Getting Downloaded At All (Doc ID 2803481.1)

After downloading pre-generated statement in phone, its all time showing file
downloading if there is no records then file not downloaded and only showing
downloaded message.

Whenever click on pdf if there is no records then show "No records for the
statement" message. Downloading message should not show.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application.
2. Open Account.
3. Open View Statement.
4. Click on the pre-generated statement.
5. Enter the year and month then search the statement.
6. Click on the pdf (If the statement contain no records the show expected
message. And if there is records for statement then pdf downloading going on)
