On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to close an letter of credit contract
the following error occurs.
ERROR

EL-FCJ-001 - Failed in updating liability
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a letter to credit contract to be closed.
2. Ensure mismatch in the limit line updated at the contract level.
3. Try to close the letter of credit contract
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the contract and update the limit line correctly.
