ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MM Products (MMDPRMNT) are Authorized but RFR related all Fields in Tab Interest are enabled
LOVs such as Base Computation Method, Spread / Margin Computation Method and Spread Adj Computation Method are Enabled with the Options.
Check Boxes can be Checked / Unchecked.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once the product is authorized, all fields should be disabled and user should not be able to modify the values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a MM product that is authorized.
2. Visit Interest tab and verify if the fields under "Alternative Risk Free Rates' section are disabled.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to edit the RFR fields of an authorized MM Product.
