Symptoms
When attempting to create a retail user whose DOB is 01-01-1959
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid request. Please check the parameters begin passed.
com.ofss.fc.datatype.exception.InvalidDateException: The date is not valid.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid format: "1959-01-01" is malformed at "-01-01"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an OBDx application as the admin user.
2. Go to the User management module.
3. Create a retail user whose DOB is 01-01-1959.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to create a retail user whose DOB is 01-01-1959
Changes
