Symptoms

When attempting to create a retail user whose party id contains the "-" sign.

the following error occurs.

On-Screen Error:- Invalid Party Id

Caused by: com.ofss.fc.infra.validation.exception.ValidationException: Validations failed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as an admin user
2. Go to the user management module.
3. Create a retail user.
4. Enter the party Id which contains the "-" sign.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot create a retail user whose party id contains the "-" sign.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
