Missing entry in audit history tab for a Case in ECM (Doc ID 2803676.1)

Missing Audit entries for a case created in ECM.

scenario 1Audit history is not showing when case is created as NEW. However when it moves from NEW to the work In progress and from there on wards history is available.

scenario 2 : When executing "Manual Promote to Case" on the KYC Assessments, no entry for the case creation is generated on the "Audit History".


Error in logs:

[DEBUG] [WEB] [NA] [NA] Integer Data type.
[DEBUG] [WEB] [NA] [NA] Error while execution pl/sql procedure:java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string:""
[ERROR] [WEB] [NA] [NA]java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

Root Cause : Issue is with PMF Engine, it is not able replace Data Fields with Application Parameters supplied during the Workflow Invocation from backend and causing the procedure execution failure.
