Symptoms

BATCH request is not working if instead of HTTP, HTTPS port of WebLogic managed server is configured in OHS. BATCH Request will have invalid Characters in response. 

Below transactions does not work Property :

a) System Rules

b) System Configuration

c) Manage Payees.

d) Mailbox
