Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System posted auto Disbursement event after EOD
VAMI is performed after disbursement to increase the finance amount from X Amount  to Y Amount. But after EOD system posted disbursement event.
Even when the Product Configuration states its a Manual Disbursement Product.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Auto Disbursement should not be posted if manual Disbursement is done.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see manual and auto Disbursement happened.
