Symptoms
In Import LC Liquidation, It is failing to process with the contract Liquidation in DataEnrichment stage in Advice Details Stage.
ERROR

Charge Default Failed - ST-AMND-006 - Record Party Type - NEGOTIATING BANK: MEdia SWIFT cannot be deleted from Party Address
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Import LC Liquidation screen
2. Submit the Registration stage and Scrutiny Stage
3. Acquire and Edit the DE stage and go to the Advice Details tab
4. Verify whether the Charge Default is happening successfully.
