Unable To Register Device Via User Management (Doc ID 2804203.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Admin User is not able to register Device like Android & iOS for a User because radio-buttons are not active to change their state.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Radio-buttons for Device Registration and Push Notification must be enabled to do desired modification in User Management.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to 1. Login to OBDX Application via Admin User
2. Go to User Management >> Select User Type
3. Search for required user for device registration.
4. Select the User Name and click on Edit button
5. Try to enable the radio buttons under Device Registration for IOS & Android.
6. No action takes place nor any error is observed on screen or even browser console.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Admin User is unable to register Device or Push notification for .ny User
