Symptoms
When attempting to add/delete data attribute in the Email/SMS Message as Admin User
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Invalid Request. Please check the parameters being passed"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin User
2. Go to "Alert Maintenance"
3. Select "Module & Event Name" e.g. "User Management >> Login Password Alert"
4. Edit the Email Message and Add new data attribute or delete any existing data attribute for it and also update the same in Message Content.
5. Save & Confirm.
6. Error appears.

1. Admin can not be able to edit Alert Messages according to their Business.
