Merchant Payments Is Not Working (Doc ID 2804600.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Merchant Payments,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Transactions is not getting redirected for proceeding with Payment.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Merchant Site redirect to OBDX Application
2. Customer has to login with credentials to get External Payments Interface page
3. Input Account to be debited and Amount to be paid.
4. Click "Pay"
5. Customer is not redirected back to Merchant Site.
