"Foreign Currency Amount" And "Local Currency Equivalent" Fields incorrect for PC contract (Doc ID 2804631.1)

On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 "Foreign Currency Amount" and "Local Currency Equivalent" fields in PC Contract are not getting updated properly when transaction currency and account currency is different for incoming SDD.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UBS received Incoming SDD for EUR 123.45 to an account which is in GBP (local currency for UK branch).
System booked a PC contract with "Foreign Currency Amount" as 111.38 (This should have been EUR amount) and Local Currency Equivalent as 123.45 (This is expected to have GBP equivalent)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a PC transaction in foreign currency.
2. Review the amount fields populated in PCDTRONL.
