Accounts Not Getting Loaded In Rules Management (Doc ID 2804646.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to load Rules management screen
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
Could not find Error Message for [Error from com.ofss.digx.extxface.impl.endpoint.JMSEndpoint] , Please add it in ErrorMessages resource bundle !!!!!


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as bank Admin
2. Go to Rule management screen
3. Search an party
4. Click on Create ,
5. On Rule creation screen, Error is displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create Rules
