Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

After deploying the latest patch-set , the amend/delete action is failing with deletion error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch FCUBS.
2. Try booking a CD and save
3. Try to delete or authorize the same.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The Transaction will be pending for EOD.
