ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User not able to modify overall limit of the liability through webservice done through ELCM source. System processed the request without any error however the data is not updated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to modify overall limit of the liability through webservice from ELCM and the data should get updated in the liability.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a liability and pass request to modify liability through ELCM webservice.
2. Verify changes applied in the liability screen GEDMLIAB in flexcube.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify liability.
